factplay.xyz ("factplay", "we", "us") publishes short-form science and technology news. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or subscribe to our daily digest, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us — such as your email address when you sign up for the digest, or the details you include when you contact us.
- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymous analytics like pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, collected to understand what readers find useful.
- Cookies and similar tech — small files that keep the site working and help us measure traffic. See section 06.

- To send you the daily digest you asked for.
- To reply to your messages and tips.
- To keep the site secure, working, and improving.
- To understand, in aggregate, which stories and channels readers value.
We do not sell your personal information.
05 How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you're subscribed to the digest, and remove it after you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from the digest at any time using the link in any email. To make any other request, email privacy@factplay.xyz.

factplay is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
